The Laughing Cow

This is where you can sign up to my "occasional" vegan ezine.

I added a form to this page a couple of months ago, asking what people would like me to send them in The Laughing Cow ezine. I also asked how long people would prefer the vegan ezine to be and how often they would like to receive it. I got a very mixed response. Some people wanted a long monthly ezine, others wanted a short and snappy ezine. Some wanted a "Vegan Of The Month" and others wanted recipes, jokes and various other information.

So I have decided to mix it up a bit and not have any kind of particular format. It will contain a mixture of information such as:

New cooking tips and techniques

Vegan profiles

Recommendations
